Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients

(8 oz.) sour cream

jar |
(7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained
|
|
1 |
pkg. |
(4 oz.) cream cheese
|
|
1/2 |
teaspoon |
chopped fresh chives
|
|
Directions:
Blend sour cream, peppers, cream cheese and chopped chives with blender or electric mixer until well mixed. Spoon into bowl; refrigerate at least 1 hour. Garnish with chives if desired. Serve with crackers.
